We have been asked to post our pricing structure to give some clients an idea of what our services cost. Here is a quick brake down:
Purchasge Order Expediting:
1 - 5 $25.00 per month
6 - 10 $50.00 per month
11 - 50 $150.00 per month
51 - 100 $250.00 per month
100 or more - $800.00 per month
On Site Expediting (Domestic - In USA, We travel to the manufacture or jobsite location for onsite expediting)
$35.00 an hour door to door, maximum 12 hour day, time starts when we leave the office and travel time is considered chargeable, if we travel you will be responsible for all expenses incured, we charge $ 0.60 a mile from our door to vendor location and return trip, and we will only charge you a maximum of 12 hours a day if multiple days are required till we return to our office.
On Site International (Out of USA Continental borders)
$ 45.00 an hour door to door, same as above.
Project and Contract Management expediting such as a contruction site or long lead time equipment that takes over 16 weeks are longer are quoted on a project by project basis.
